Boy, I'm with you! The menu driven stuff is terribly difficult to explain to the older clients....typically the ones who can afford a $400.00 cordless set.

We are having trouble getting clients used to the current line of cordless
phones. Not easy to access calls on hold,too many options etc. Anyone find a good way(or tips) to integrate cordless capabilities with the most recent
line.
I have tried using standard cordless phones in parallel with a desk
phone,but still getting complaints.
