Probably, I understand you not correctly, but, if you want all extensions get all calls at once, you must: 1. Enter all extensions into the same EXG group (for example, EXG1). To do it, please mark up each extension with double click of right mouse button than double click with left mouse button on any extension and set Ext Group to EXG1 - all other extensions will be in the same group automatically) 2. Set DIL 1:1 for CO with main number as ext 191 - it's virtual number for EXG1. To do it, double click with left mouse button on appropriate CO icon and enter ext191 into DIL1:1 field. That's all.
