I sat down today to add up what I knew & didn't about who gets
use of what CO lines. My reading of TFM got me:

First, CO lines are in TRG's.

But stations get permission/denied per LINE, not per TRG.

Within a TRG, "9" gets you the highest available line; i.e. start
at the top.

Between TRG's, something somewhere controls the order.  Donno what
that is yet. Nor if it's station set, or system-set.

ARS may change all of the abovem but need not. (I have ARS to
do a *67 on all calls...)



Now; feel free to help correct me/fill in the blanks.
