You can list the channels as different trunk groups, or even map them to
buttons individually.
My problem is that the the CLEC only knew how to send all of them as one DID
group and hasn't figured out how to change that yet.  The need to group the
lines according to groups of channels (i.e. company 1 lines use channels
1-12 and company 2 lines use 13-24.
