Just set up mailboxes, do not assign extensions to them.
You may want to set up "call blocking" in the mailbox, I'm not sure...
You do use call blocking if say, someone has an extension but they are away
for a few months and they just want to retrieve messages remotely.
You can set up as many as you want, even use numbers beyond the extension
range (300's, 400's, etc.)
