You have to give the customer access to 999 or they can't break mailbox passwords when they hire and fire employees?  I don't want them calling me everytime they fire an employee?
 
Protecting 998 is not that important in this case,your menu recordings are
here, not your passwords. You need to protect 999 with password. And through
the years I never disclose even to the customer of its existance. You also
should change and program the COS of vm jack extension and block overseas
calls.
