I would appreciate any help on this problem...

Our phone system was hacked into from the Phillipines as I am sure most of
you are familiar with. They had set message notification (1,2,3) on at
least 8 extensions and to make a long story short, I have managed to turn
off message notification on all the extensions and made sure that COS did
not have message notification enabled. However, they changed the password
to get into the KX-1232 and I don't know how to change this.

I am not a guru on this system, just know the basics to keep it going. I
know there is a password hack which I downloaded but it would take days to
crack the password - as I am sure they didn't use a 4 digit password.

I have tried many different ways to get into the system but I just don't
know enough about the system. I know you can manage the system via a
kx-t7230 phone but I figure that if the password was changed on the PBX
(KX-TD1232), there is no way to get into it via the kx-t7230 phone.

The voicemail system we have is a TVS-200

Can anyone help me? I would appreciate it!

Thank You

Curt H.
