Question for anyone who has time-
Just recently I was trying to program account codes for a Panasonic 816-3 with 7230
telephones (display with account button)
I put on all of the toll restriction
and exceptions.
changed extension to class of service 2
opted for the "option" on account class of service instead of "Verify Toll"
added my account codes to the system under (systems, account codes LOC"
well- guess what!
toll restrictions work, but I can not overide them with the account code access.
I have followed the instruction to access long distance with account code entry:
Account button- code # key- tone- dial tone " an now I am supposed to dial 9 and the
number!
does not work- they are restricted!
Since Panasonic can not help me, I have come to the conclusion that "we" as a group on
this message board have a greater knowledge base-
