Hello to all.
Over the past few months, I have had a few complaints about TVS 100 & 200 mailbox's.
A call comes in answered by company greet then custom service menu. Person dialing in presses 3 digit extension # gets a greeting ( N.A.-B.-A.H.) starts to record message after the tone gets about 5 to 15 seconds of record time then system sends intercom busy tone and the call is gone.
This is happening to multiple installs.
Any ideas gang ???
