KX-T: Remote offices

Does anyone know how I can have a phone system with remote offices (like 100 miles 
away)  I'd like to still be able to intercom, transfer calls, and do all the basic 
phone system stuff.  A local realtor tells me she does it with Centrex.  Any ideas?
