I have a site that has started to use caller ID on their phones. (ISDN  BRI) and this is working fine. However, a problem that has surfaced is that caller ID is now working on the VM as well. Every time users go to clear their messages they are getting the caller ID before they get to the message. I'm sure there is a way to stop caller ID getting to the mail box but still be presented to the phones.
 
In COS of the VM I have turned off any caller ID features.
 
Hoping someone somewhere can help
