KX-T: Using a cellphone for trunking

Does anyone know what adaptor to use to connect a cellphone to the CO-Line
input on a TD1232. We will be using either a Motorola Micro Tac , Micro Lite
or a Digital Startac. This will be for outgoing and incoming. Possible long
distance use.
