Would someone please tell me which feature / number I need to adjust to
correct the following? KXT1232
I added a digital phone to Jack 16 which had not been in use. When I dial 9
to select a CO or when I manually select the CO, the CO line light turns on
and I get dial tone. As soon as I press a key, the display reads
restricted. I am able to make intercom calls or pickup on a CO call on
hold.

Sounds like you may be restricted in COS (program 601).
