Hi there,
I have a number of DDI numbers attached to my kx-td1232, so when
somebody dials for example 952 93 98 xx it comes into the PBX on
extension 100.
Does anyone know if it is possible to have a alphanumeric name displayed
on the main screen of switchboard.
This would enabled the receptionist to answer the phone with a personal
message .. i.e. "Welcome company xyz"
thus.. if somebody dialed another DDI it would display "Company ABC"...
Does anyone know how to configure this?
