Do you have trouble setting the time on your customers Tvs systems? it is very very simple to dial into 998 & change the time or date?     On an initial installation  I set all 6 USA national holidays with the 3 recurring holidays saved to recurr 12/25, 1/1 & 7/4.  I advise my customers that after the initial yr. they must reset optional holidays (floating dates) or call me, otherwise they will have to reset the date in 998 to 12/25 the day before or if they want I will see them once a yr to reprogram them.  It is unessessary to reprogram most sites unless they take holidays other than the 6 national holidays.  I/They don't care if someone calls in on memorial day/ labor day or thanksgiving & they get the wrong greeting. The only customers I pay attention to are the ones that take optional holidays. I have customers that I call in and activate their holiday at let say 5pm. If you do it yourself you simple activate the holiday with today's date few minutes prior to leaving the office.
