First off, thanks to all who replied to my questions on CID getting into the
VM box.
It appears it cannot be disabled. Had a look at the additional info in the
service settings (KME password Panasonic) there are two additional CMDs CCID
and DCID, however setting WCID to 0 still allows CID to operate. The way
around not have to listen to the calling number is to dial 8,1 as soon as
the message starts.
There is still one problem I cannot disable any of the voice prompts, 819,
248, 249, 250 etc.
No matter what I do the Good Morning Welcome etc still play.
I know I am in the right area of the message manager because I get all the
right prompts from the VM and I am starting to wonder if I have a duff VM
unit.
Brief outline of setup.
Intercept enabled CMD 409 to 165 after 4 rings: works fine.
After Good Morning etc. goes to custom message 2, with option to dial 1 and
leave message or hold for operator: works fine.
Sooo all I need to do is get rid of the two voice prompts before the message
and I will have a very happy customer and I can go home.
If any has any ideas as to why those dammed prompts cannot be disabled
please let me know.
TIA
Kind regards
Kevin
