I have had some folks complain that the voice mail system cut them off and started asking the questions associated with completing the voice mail call.
 
The primary guy where I can gather evidence was in his car using his car phone. He said there was quite a bit of background noise as the window was half way down.
 
Are there any situations where the voice mail system isn't very good at listening?
 
Are there any settings to compensate for this?  Settings in either the VPS or the PBX?
 
I have my voice mail length set to 6 minutes so it should not have timed out according to the folks I am talking to.
