Tim,
I use a Rio 500 mp3 player.
Holds multiple messages, and you can repeat all messages or just repeat one
message. You can save last year's holiday message on the unit and it will
still be there next year if you need it.
Downside is you need to solder on a power supply.
Upside is tons of non volatile memory, works great, lasts forever, and cheap
as dirt.
Plus it is available everywhere. Just record or convert your messages into
MP3 format, and you are ready to go. Keep the RioPort software on your
laptop, and you can download anything you need.
Good luck,
The lowly end user.

Subject: KX-T: On Hold Announcement
Hello all,
Does anyone have a recommendation for a solid state on hold announcement
player. I've seen ones that have a cassette player to load the message.
Thanks in advance
