Are the telco trunks 1MB or PBX class of service?

Have there been any facilities changes, like new poles, re-routed roads
(which required telco cable movement) in the area?

If it is not the -616 doing the squeal, I'd suspect PBX-class lines with CO
MFT units on each line.  They will go nuts if the telco cable gets "longer"
or gains a bridge tap somewhere along the way.....
