If the caller ID is there, you get it by doing some 990 data. I believe
that beginning with -1 it is a bit you set dealing with RC and AN (area 5
bit 42). RC sends when a call starts ringing (CID comes in then) and AN
prints when the call is answered (CID is sent again).
