You can't record a normal greeting, But you can change the prompt for the general delivery mailbox. To enable "998" to deliver its messages to X111 I normally use my laptop to program device number 1 to notify by telephone to phone number '111'. I usually limit the timeframe or set the no ans recall to the full 2 hrs.....Jim
