find a way for a PC to handle someone entering a string of DTMF digits in
order to check the number against a little database. If the number is
valid, a relay will close and the call will then be connected to a
pre-recorded message. (The line will be answered by a TAM).
Talk about a murky explanation....
How does this differ from a Watson board with a specific database card?
You match the card and it plays the message. The relay is maybe a Viking
RC-2 with the DTMF string split from the sender? I don't know, just a
thought.
