both choices have their down side ( and I have used both) most fax switches have a "line in use tone" that they send to other ports requesting service when one is in use. and its easy enough to remove the combo fax voice line from the line hunt groups so "dial 9" and speed dial users won't grab it. In this case it may be nessary to try both to see which works best for this application.
