Sigh, it's the power supply :-(.  After toasting a few of 'em I'll bet
yours has gone to power supply heaven.

Panasonic repair in Atlanta or, when you get up off the floor after hearing
the repair estimate......

Go out and find a 24 volt power supply.  A Valcom VP4024 or an old PS for
an ITT 701 KSU, something with 2 or 4 Amps, will do nicely.  Get yourself
the MOLEX connector that fits on the side and see if that fixes it.  Nine
times out of 10 it will.
