Actually, Dutch already has a language admin in Pootle, and that's Cor.
I would prefer the language admin to grant further rights for members of
their project, or at least participate in this process. I can't really
know who is or isn't "accepted" into the team, so I'm a bit afraid to
get in the way.
Cor, would you please take care to grant the necessary rights to Leo Moons?
Also, please list your team in the wiki at
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language_Teams . Right now, I don't
even know if you're actually the language lead for Dutch or not...
