sorry, but this is *not* true. The installer is perfectly localized to GErman for me and I'd bet for most of the other languages as well. So either it is something special to Slovenian or to your
system.
The language for the first dialog should be guessed from the OS interface language and if that language is not existing in the installer English should be used.
This is what it actually *does*.
It seems that the installer language files are included but obviously the installer just queries for the OS language which is not ok - many people use English Windows but want the office to be installed in native language.
And this is possible. You can install different languagues when doing a custom installation (What is in my setup procedure correctly named as "Benutzerdefinierte Installation").
