We did not used what was on Pavel's server. Last change to Welsh translation in l10n module was on 2009-05-28 - quite a long ago. :( For the next bugfix and l10n fix release of LibreOffice (3.3.2) we can sort this out. I suggest that you use TDF Pootle. I can help in converting your OOo translations for LibreOffice. Let me know what you think.
