First I would like to thank all the team who have moved the localization
to the new server, it's not an easy task, thanks a lot for your work.
I think we are ready now to work on 3.4 localization. If you need help
with some of the strings, a first look at the new feature list should
help you to understand what's new in this version.

It's a work in progress, I don't think all the devs have already added
their features, so don't hesitate to come back to it.
