Ah well, if it's falling by the wayside as a dialog by 3.5 anyway, then

Yes, it should be, and it was intended to work correctly, see

It could be an Easy Hack to find out what went wrong. However, it is
not a highly visible bug. In fact I could not invoke this dialog at
all in 3.5 builds.
