Mihkel, if you want, I can bootstrap an empty Terminology project > for you, so that you could upload your terminology file(s) to it.
https://translations.documentfoundation.org/et/libo34x_ui/ has pootle-terminology.po at the root, but I don't remember ever seeing any suggestions from there when working on 3.4, so I didn't even bother generating it for 3.5.
