There is no final date, you can make corrections as long as 3.5 code line is maintaned. For the 3.5.0 release we will use rc3 translations, because rc3 will be released as final. That was pushed on Mon Jan 30 12:17:49. Next release, the 3.5.1 will be done within a month with bugfixes and updated translations.
