This is the strings that are in 4.2.0, there is a string freeze so no more strings should be added normally. For the changes that you made on Pootle, this is documented here: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Translating_LibreOffice#Deadlines I forgot to say that this KeyID are available as language packs. So once you've installed your language, you install the one ending with qtz.msi or qtz.tar.gz and then, change the UI language under the LibreOffice linguistic options.
