>From my pt-BR experience, Askbot l10n is handled in Transifex service here: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/askbot/ One can join the translation team and improve the translation of his askbot instance. Then there will be necessary to make it show up in AskLibo. Arabic and Japanese were also in the list.
