Also in this string it might make more sense if there is a "the".  "Choose
tab" is not great, "Choose the tab" or "Choose a tab" is better.

Choose <emph>Format - Chart Wall - Transparency</emph> tab

would be better as

Choose the <emph>Format - Chart Wall - Transparency</emph> tab
