I have taken a look to that dialog, but I would wait until its developers fully flesh it out so that I can think of ways to improve it. We could ask devs what is supposed to be in this dialog when it's finished, and what could be moved elsewhere. Since its introduction it has been an awful example of a "catch-all" dialog, with a collection of unrelated features (only tied together by the underlying technology). The options it contains should be grouped in logical, task-focused groups in other places.
