The admins seem a bit quiet for some reason so here's what I've done:
I've set up the translation side of things for Kabyle and Venetian. If
you register an account on Pootle and tell me which name you chose, I
can give you rights which means you can start translating (I have
limited admin rights).
Both for Kabyle and Venetian, this general guidance here applies:

And for both we will need to create a 'locale data file' - which is a
file that tells LibreOffice how number/date/currency formats work (for
example, in US English you normally have month-day-year whereas in UK
English you have day-month-year). There's some information here

about that. We can help you with that bit if necessary.
