Well, did you actually try? It isn't a problem. The semicolon is also
accepted as separator, even if the localized separator is set to comma
under Options. The nice thing is, the semicolon should work in most (if
not all) UI locales, so it may be less confusing to translate the
functions' help keeping the semicolon, and also for the user to
copy&paste example code found elsewhere, unless the decimal separator or
other separators are used.
