Hi, Consulted Pootle and a key-ID build, and this message seems hard-coded to me, plus likely missing something between "necessary" and "to" -- as it is, even with a space between these words, the sentence is ungrammatical. Also, in the error messages you mentioned, the string "Extension Manager" is untranslatable.
