Probably Pootle was not updated to last changes in UI, I remember in late April some already translated strings became fuzzy because of some rearrangement of notebookbar items (which makes those adjacent strings seem new to translation system, as their ID changes). So it will be probably marked fuzzy in the next update of Pootle for master ...
