Hi, thank you, this was the reason. I do not use localized Desktop. To test, I've installed Slovak Desktop localization, to see if another user using localized Desktop can see the LO buttons translated correctly - yes, he can.
Now the LO buttons are correctly translated even though I still have desktop in English. So, installation of Desktop translation to Slovak solved the problem.
