Yes, I would like it to be implemented, if we want LibreOffice to be a fully localizable suite.
L10n issues should be considered by all coders of LO at the start/design of code changes/development, not at the "finishing"/migration phases. In other words, if this will mean some more work for the coders at this phase, it might teach them a lesson - to consider l10n issues at the beginning of their future LO endeavors, not at the end of it.
