The proper tag is kmr-Latn, note minus hyphen instead of underscore and
exact casing. It is correct in the translations repository, but not on

Those language tags are already created in Weblate versions, I didn't
create them, I only added language groups and users to them.
I'll see with Cloph when I'm back from vacation if we can modify them or
if we have to ask the Weblate team.
