Mr. 杨宸宁 didn't reply to Kevin's question and doesn't seem interested in participating l10n efforts. Fortunately the Android translation doesn't have a lot of strings, so I've now finished translating all of them, and the corresponding change is in Gerrit waiting for approval. However since I do not use the Android Viewer myself, we'll have to rely on other users to test and report any issues with respect to Simplified Chinese translations.
