I now started bisecting the problem since there isn't anything
standing out in changelog for extras / the module where gallery
resides...
Indeed was an easy fix/error similar to "off-by-one" - fix here:
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/192573 , will be cherry-picked
to the release branch/problem will be fixed in the next RC.
