All tools and processes are explained at the link I sent, i.e.,
http://www.openoffice.org/l10n/how_to_join.html and
http://openoffice.apache.org/translate.html ; it's not very
complex, but you will need to install a couple programs.
But what is blocking the Catalan translation at themoment is that we are
still preparing PO files for you to translate. Someone, probably
Juergen, will make them available soon, stay tuned...
