Even though I admire old languages like especially tamil, I cannot judge what the correct translation should be. What we can do, is to make a "language pack" once you are finished (or close by). If you install that with a 4.0alfa version it will allow you to test your translation in real life, and is (in my opinion) far the best method. There are some other possibilities, but they all change the UI, so you dont see exactly how a translation present itself.
