So where do I create an account? It says
Any project wishing to use the ASF pootle translation service (at
http://translate.apache.org) should create a JIRA ticket request in
the INFRA project with the 'translate' component, mentioning the name
of the project, the volunteer translate admin for the project etc.
But I haven't a scooby what a JIRA ticket is or indeed where to find it.
Searches are recursive and all lead back to
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INFRA/translate+pootle+service+auth+levels
and Google searches don't throw up anything obvious either.
In particular https://issues.apache.org/jira/ gives me Error 404.

Hi
the new version of pootle went online a moment ago.
Thx to jsc the last translations are in the server. Jsc is still
controlling our po files and how we shall use the server.
There might be minor issues the next couple of days, so please mail the
list if you find things that are not as the should be.
One of the most important features is that you as user can upload/download
po zip files (NO .mo files)
In about 2 weeks, I will look at if we can optimize the database (I need
usage to check what to optimize).
Looking forward to see pure green arrows for all languages :-)
