Sorry, I disagree.
That bug is about translation of the linked page, which is:
http://www.openoffice.org/privacy.html.
That is a page we control
However, the link to this page:
http://www.oracle.com/us/legal/privacy/services-privacy-policy-078833.html
leads directly to a page of the company ORACLE.
I don't think that is supposed to happen.
Changing the link to the page you mean is maybe a solution.
Nevertheless, it should be changed in the source
