Hello Wlada, that information is probably outdated, because at the
moment we see no activity in the Serbian translation.
That said, the Serbian translation is in a rather good situation:
OpenOffice 3.4.1 is 97% translated
https://translate.apache.org/sr/OOo_34/ and we can import the current
translation to a new OpenOffice 4.0 project that will still be quite
complete (>90%), so you can definitely complete the translation alone.
