It might not be something you did. I just managed to get an unknown error, with a couple of other VI strings. I suspect one or more vi strings contain a multibyte combination that are not defined in utf8, and that breaks firefox and probably also the database. If it happens again, I suggest you open an issue, with a link to the string causing the problem. Be aware the real problem might be +/- approx. 256 strings, it ifs a db issue.
